During the past six years Michael Nicholas have expanded into Residential lettings and management and are now responsible for a substantial number of managed properties. We are able to assist in the order and completion of a Home Information Pack (HIP) and will complete the Energy Performance Certificate using our in house Energy Assessor. Using this ‘In house’ service we are able to produce the HIP’s within a 2-3 day period at a very competitive cost. We can also recommend Surveyors and Solicitors to help with any property matters you may have.
